Club Council Executive Officers

The Executive Board is the administrative arm of the Council and ensures its smooth operation. The Board is responsible for creating the Council’s agenda, run regular meetings, take attendance, record minutes and Council actions, assign sub-committee work, plan the year-end social, manage all club paperwork, and assist in planning the New Officer Conference. The Executive Board will meet with the Club Sports Coordinator and Programmer (approximately every other week) to discuss key issues and assign tasks as needed. Each Executive Board Member will have an equal voice / vote in all Executive Board decisions. (Executive Members will not have a vote in Council decisions unless in the event of a tie.) The Executive Board will not be allowed to officially represent their clubs in Council meetings.

Erin Brawley

Erin is a junior at ASU. She is pursuing a Communication Disorders major with a minor in Special Education. Erin has been apart of club sports since her freshman year. She has served as secretary of the Women's Lacrosse Team last year and is now currently holding the position of Vice President. Erin began playing lacrosse her freshman year of high school and has found lacrosse to be a passion that she hopes more people will become involved in as the sport grows. Erin is a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority on campus. She has also participated in Appolcorps and works part time at the Bob Timberlake Gallery in Blowing Rock. Erin loves ASU as well as the club sports program and hopes that you will all get involved in your favorite sport today!!

Matt Harrell

Matt Harrell has played for AHO Rugby Club since his freshman year two years ago. He plays scrum half and wing and is currently the Vice-President, having served as Match Secretary the previous year. Attending Club Sports' Council Meetings since mid-way through his junior year he decided to run for Executive Officer in hopes to help revamp Club Sports and improve its standing with the school.

Bryan Holbrook

Bryan Holbrook is a senior, Business Management Major, from Radford, Virginia. As a freshman, he founded the club baseball team at Appalachian State, and continued to serve as club president through the end of his junior year (2008-2009).  In the spring of 2009, the club baseball team received official university recognition. The team went on to win the South Atlantic-West Conference Title, while finishing third in the South Atlantic Region behind Clemson and the University of Florida. Bryan’s other accomplishments and awards include being named 2009 Second Team All-Region by the NCBA, being selected as the 2008-09 ASU Club Sports Officer of the Year, as well as being elected as a Club Sports Executive Officer for the 2009-2010 school year.  He is also a member of the inaugural class of Walker Fellows in the Walker College of Business, and continues to serve as Treasurer of the club baseball team.
